Arrange a piece of banana and jackfruit in a line down the center.2Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll everything up. Brush the overlapping end of the wrapper with a little water, then press against the roll to seal.3Repeat the filling and rolling steps to make a total of 10 rolls.4Heat an inch of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rolls and fry until golden brown on all sides.5Remove from the pan, and let any excess oil drain.6Add the sugar to a heavy-bottomed pan. Carefully heat over medium heat, stirring periodically, until the sugar is fully melted. Make sure not to let it burn.7Remove the melted sugar pan from the heat.
